We operate through a formal equity partnership with one of Egypt's leading commercial textile manufacturers, giving us direct factory access and unmatched product authenticity.
Is your Egyptian cotton genuinely sourced from Egypt?
Yes — without exception. Unlike many suppliers who rebrand imported stock, StyHosp products are manufactured at source in Egypt by our partner mill. We use long-staple Egyptian cotton — the same fibre standard specified by 5-star international hotel chains — and every batch is quality-inspected before export and again on arrival in Kenya. You are buying directly from the manufacturer, not a middleman.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We cater to both individual property owners and large hotel groups. Minimum order quantities vary by product category. Our Hospitality Bundles are designed for smaller properties and Airbnb operators with no high MOQ requirement. For bulk wholesale orders, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes. We offer Kenya-wide delivery from our Nairobi hub. Delivery timelines depend on your location and order size. Most standard orders within Nairobi are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Upcountry and coastal deliveries typically take 3–5 business days.
Do you ship to other East African countries?
Yes. We supply properties across East Africa including Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. International shipping timelines and costs vary by destination and order volume. Contact us for a freight quote for cross-border orders.
How are bulk orders packaged and delivered?
Bulk orders are professionally packed to prevent damage in transit and clearly labelled by product type and quantity for easy stock management on arrival. Large orders are typically delivered via dedicated freight rather than courier.

Can you produce custom-sized linen for non-standard beds?
Yes — this is one of our key advantages as a factory-direct supplier. We can manufacture linen to any custom dimension, including oversized beds, round beds, sofa beds, and bespoke mattress sizes common in boutique hotels and safari lodges. Can you match a specific thread count or weave style?
Yes. As a direct manufacturing partner, we can produce to specific thread count, weave (percale, sateen, jacquard), and weight specifications. Share your requirements and our team will confirm feasibility and lead times.
Quality & Authenticity
How do I know the quality will be consistent across repeat orders?
Consistency is built into our supply chain. Because we manufacture directly through our Egyptian partner mill — rather than sourcing from multiple suppliers — every repeat order is produced to the same specification, from the same cotton source, using the same production standards. We maintain batch records for all wholesale accounts.
What makes Egyptian cotton better than regular cotton?
Egyptian cotton is grown in the Nile Delta and is prized for its extra-long staple fibre — the longest of any cotton variety. This produces a finer, stronger yarn that results in fabric that is softer to the touch, more absorbent, more durable, and more resistant to pilling than standard cotton. For hospitality use, this translates directly into longer product life, lower replacement frequency, and a consistently superior guest experience.
