Is your Egyptian cotton genuinely sourced from Egypt?
Yes — without exception. Unlike many suppliers who rebrand imported stock, StyHosp products are manufactured at source in Egypt by our partner mill. We use long-staple Egyptian cotton — the same fibre standard specified by 5-star international hotel chains — and every batch is quality-inspected before export and again on arrival in Kenya. You are buying directly from the manufacturer, not a middleman.

Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes. We offer Kenya-wide delivery from our Nairobi hub. Delivery timelines depend on your location and order size. Most standard orders within Nairobi are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Upcountry and coastal deliveries typically take 3–5 business days.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your location and order size. Nairobi deliveries for standard orders are charged based on order weight. Large bulk orders may qualify for free delivery (no fees applied). Exact fees are calculated at checkout or quoted for wholesale orders.
Can I collect my order from your Nairobi warehouse?

How are bulk orders packaged and delivered?

What sizes do your bed sheets come in?
We stock standard single, queen, and king sizes. Custom sizes for non-standard beds — including safari lodge beds, round beds, and sofa beds — are available on request with a lead time.
What GSM do your towels come in?
Our bath towels are available in 650 GSM — a premium weight that balances absorbency, softness, and durability for commercial hospitality use. This is the same weight specification used by leading 4 and 5-star hotels.
Do you supply bath mats and face cloths?
Yes — our bath linen range includes bath mats and face cloths to complete your guest bathroom setup alongside our bath towels, hand towels, and bath sheets.
How should I care for Egyptian cotton linen to maximise its lifespan?
Wash at 60°C for hygiene compliance, use a commercial-grade detergent without optical brighteners, tumble dry on medium heat, and iron or press while slightly damp. Avoid overloading washing machines to prevent fibre stress. Following the FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation system also significantly extends linen life.

Can you produce custom-sized linen for non-standard beds?
Yes — this is one of our key advantages as a factory-direct supplier. We can manufacture linen to any custom dimension, including oversized beds, round beds, sofa beds, and bespoke mattress sizes common in boutique hotels and safari lodges. How do I know the quality will be consistent across repeat orders?
Consistency is built into our supply chain. Because we manufacture directly through our Egyptian partner mill — rather than sourcing from multiple suppliers — every repeat order is produced to the same specification, from the same cotton source, using the same production standards. We maintain batch records for all wholesale accounts.
What makes Egyptian cotton better than regular cotton?
Egyptian cotton is grown in the Nile Delta and is prized for its extra-long staple fibre — the longest of any cotton variety. This produces a finer, stronger yarn that results in fabric that is softer to the touch, more absorbent, more durable, and more resistant to pilling than standard cotton.
