Defective Products Only
At StyHosp Enterprises - Hotel Supply, we stand behind the quality of our Egyptian cotton linens and hospitality products. We accept returns only for defective products that do not meet our quality standards.
What Qualifies as Defective?
- Manufacturing defects (torn seams, holes, or fabric flaws)
- Incorrect product specifications (wrong size, GSM, or thread count)
- Products damaged during shipping
- "Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery in the presence of the carrier. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping damage claims not documented at delivery may not be eligible for compensation."
- Items that do not match the product description
Return Process

- Provide Details: Include order number, product details, and photos of the defect
- Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions if the claim is approved
- Return Shipping: We'll cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective items
What We Don't Accept
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind or color preference
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Products damaged by improper care or washing
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products used for more than 30 days
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the defective product:
- Replacement: We'll send a replacement product (preferred option)
- Store Credit: Full value store credit for future purchases
- Refund: Full refund to original payment method (processing time: 5-10 business days)
