At StyHosp Enterprises, we understand that timely delivery is essential for your hotel and hospitality operations. We've streamlined our shipping process to get your premium hotel supplies to you as quickly as possible across Kenya.

In-Stock Items – Fast Dispatch

Ready when you are! Our most popular items including hotel towels, bath mats, and bathrobes are kept in stock at our Nairobi facility for immediate dispatch.

  • Dispatch time: Same or next business day
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days nationwide (depending on your location)
  • Perfect for: Urgent restocking needs and quick turnarounds

Made-to-Order Items – Custom Quality

For custom bedding, private-label products, specialty sizes, and bulk orders, we manufacture to your exact specifications to ensure premium quality and perfect fit for your establishment.

Production Lead Times:

  • Small orders (up to 50 units): 2–4 business days
  • Medium orders (51–300 units): 4–6 weeks
  • Large orders (301+ units): 1+ weeks

Note: Shipping time is added to production lead time. Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Mixed Orders – Flexible Shipping

Ordered both in-stock and made-to-order items? We've got you covered! To ensure you receive your supplies as quickly as possible:

  • In-stock items will be shipped separately and arrive first
  • Made-to-order items will follow once production is complete
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

Shipping Costs & Options

Transparent pricing, every time. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Available shipping options:

  • Standard nationwide delivery
  • Express/priority shipping (for eligible orders)
  • Bulk freight options (for large orders)

Cancellations & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins or before dispatch (for in-stock items).

Returns:

  • In-stock items: Standard return policy applies
  • Made-to-order/custom items: Generally non-returnable unless defective, as they are manufactured to your specifications
  • Defective items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund

Peak Periods & High Season

During busy seasons, public holidays, and peak hospitality periods, production and delivery times may be extended due to high demand. Your final estimated delivery date will always be confirmed in your order details and confirmation email.
